My name is Freddie Grice, I am a professional trainer and founder of FG Personal Training based in Gressenhall, Dereham. I have over 10 years of experience of working as a coach in the fitness and martial arts sector
How I Work
I work completely to my client’s goals, ensuring I put the ‘Personal’ into Personal Trainer. I design my programmes for clients using proven methods as well as incorporating new ideas and methods from the fitness and sports industry. I use my vast coaching knowledge to find the best training methods for each individual clients to ensure that every single client has a fully achievable way to reach their goals.
Clients take the position of ‘Number 1’ and no client is made to feel any less than this. You are encouraged to achieve your goals and aspirations at a pace that is comfortable for you and together we will ensure you achieve your outcome.
I commit to all of my clients that I will never sit still in an ever changing fitness world – I continually strive to improve my coaching by attending courses, workshops and various other CPD outlets.
Qualifications & Experience
For me, to be a successful trainer, is to have a wide range of knowledge and I have done this by gaining different qualifications and experiences in many different sports. This allows me to fit the client’s needs and offer specificity to my client’s programmes.
