Our programmes are based around physical education and athletic development, designed for children to have fun, improve coordination and athleticism as well as overall fitness. Research also shows that as children become more physically fit they improve both learning and behaviour in school.

FG Personal Training trains all clients from our purpose built fitness studio – our goal is to provide an optimal environment for people of all ages and ability levels.
