4 Week Beginner Online Programme
This 3 day per week full-body programme is designed for people new to lifting weights and people who have not yet used a structured training programme in the gym. This programme is perfect for beginners who are wanting to build a foundation of strength and increase their muscle size.
The programme comes with video tutorials for every exercise included in the programme as well as a full-body warm-up to complete before each training session. At the end of the 4-week progressive training, you’ll also complete a 1-week deload to help with recovery before restarting the programme again.
The programme can be run as many times as you’d like.
